I cannot log in / I need to reset my password

Please use the "Forgot your password?" link on the sign-in page. The reset email arrives within a few minutes (please check your spam folder if it does not). If the reset still does not work, please email hello@naviorganics.uk and we will look into it.

I think I have two accounts by mistake

Please email hello@naviorganics.uk with both email addresses you may have used. We will check which account holds your order history and tidy the other one up for you.

I would like to change the email address on my account

Please email hello@naviorganics.uk from your current email address, telling us the new one. We will update your account and confirm.

I would like to delete my account and personal data

Please email hello@naviorganics.uk and we will erase your personal data and unsubscribe you from our mailing list. We will confirm when this is done.

I would like to unsubscribe from your newsletter

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any of our newsletter emails. If you would prefer us to do it for you, please email hello@naviorganics.uk.

I would like to subscribe again

Because of GDPR rules, we cannot re-subscribe you on your behalf. You are very welcome to sign up via the form on our website (in the footer of any page) and we will send your discount code as usual.
