Occasionally, we receive reports that an order's checkout process has not been completed successfully and that the payment has failed for some reason.
Sometimes if the connection is interrupted, it can seem complete on the customer's side, but the verification information was not received by our payment gateway - therefore, no payment was able to be taken. If this happens the order is not completed or confirmed on our system.
Essentially, if there is no order confirmation from us confirming an order, this signifies that we have not been able to process the payment.
Sometimes, a failed payment will show up on a bank or credit card statement or feed. However, if you check with your bank, they will be able to confirm the payment is a pending status and has not been taken.
