Do you still sell the original water-extracted Cistanche?

We no longer stock the original single or water-extracted Cistanche. The current product is the Dual Extract.

Why does this jar of Cistanche look or taste different from my last one?

Cistanche is one of our products with the most natural variation between batches. Our standards are about sourcing, potency and purity, not standardised colour or flavour. If anything looks or tastes truly off (rather than just different), please email hello@naviorganics.uk with a photo and the batch code on the jar.

Can I see the Certificate of Analysis for Cistanche?

My country wants a Phytosanitary Certificate for the parcel, can you provide one?

A Phytosanitary Certificate is required when shipping less-processed plant products. Our Cistanche extract has been heavily processed (cooked for long periods), so a Phytosanitary Certificate is not normally required and we do not hold one. If your courier insists, we can send the Certificate of Analysis, which often satisfies customs in its place. Please email hello@naviorganics.uk.
