Although it is rare, sometimes parcels arrive damaged, with an item missing, or with the wrong product. Please get in touch and we will put it right as quickly as we can.
An item arrived damaged or broken
Please email hello@naviorganics.uk with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. Once we have the photo, we will arrange a replacement to be dispatched as quickly as possible (usually next working day).
The seal on my jar or pouch is broken
Please send us a photo of the seal so we can take a look, and we will arrange a replacement so you can enjoy the product with full confidence. Email hello@naviorganics.uk.
An item is missing from my order
Please email hello@naviorganics.uk with your order number and the name of the missing item. We will check with our packing team and arrange for the missing item to be sent out to you.
I received the wrong item
Please email hello@naviorganics.uk with your order number and let us know what you received instead. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent out to you as a priority. In most cases you are welcome to keep the item that was sent by mistake.
International orders
For international orders, please still send us a photo and your order number. Replacing items internationally takes a little longer because of customs, so we will respond personally to find the best way to resolve it.
