I am sorry, we are unable to add or amend gemstones from other accounts or retrospective orders placed using a different contact email or phone number.

The rewards process has been set up to be fully automated and not require additional developer input unless there is an error that requires their intervention. 
 
On our gemstones information page, we state the importance of using an email address and continuing to use the same one when placing orders (if you wish to accumulate gemstones under one account), and also that we are unable to add gemstones retrospectively from past orders or different accounts. ​IMPORTANT NOTES:

Only one discount code can be used at a time during checkout, so a discount code redeemed via the gemstones program cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code.

If you wish to redeem gemstones for a subscription, you need to ensure you redeem a 'Subscribe & Save' discount code.

Once a code has been redeemed from a gemstones account, we are unable to cancel or amend the discount code or reapply gemstones to the account.

We also cannot add gemstones to your account retrospectively from previous orders or other accounts. Gemstones are allocated by email address, so we recommend you always use the same email address for your orders. Gemstones are not rewarded to orders placed using a phone number (no email address), therefore it is a requirement that an email account is used if you wish to collect the gemstones generated from the order.​

The above also applies to any referrals, so please ensure that anyone referred uses the referral link sent to place their order, as we are not able to complete referrals manually.
