Our Gemstones rewards programme is our playful way of saying thank you. You collect gems as you shop, leave reviews, follow us on social media and refer friends, then redeem them for discounts on future orders.

How to use your Gemstones

  1. Log into your account on our website.
  2. Click the "Rewards" heading. A small panel will appear at the bottom left of the screen.
  3. Scroll to "Ways to redeem" and choose the coupon you would like.
  4. Make sure to pick the right type:
    • Subscribe & Save coupons only work on subscription orders.
    • One-off coupons only work on one-off purchases.
  5. Copy the code and paste it into the discount field at checkout.

How do I check my Gemstone balance?

Log in to your account and open the Rewards panel. If you cannot see your balance, the most common cause is a browser issue. Try a different browser or clear your cookies and cache. If it still does not show, please email hello@naviorganics.uk and we will check it for you.

How do I earn more Gemstones?

You can earn gems for shopping with us, leaving reviews, following us on social media, having a birthday, and referring friends. Please note you can only have one claim per review type within a 30-day window, so leaving multiple product reviews on the same day will only earn one set of gems.

I made an order under a different email, can you add the gems to my main account?

Unfortunately we cannot add gems retrospectively. If you use the same email at checkout, gems accrue automatically on every order from then on.

My gems have expired, can you restore them?

We send expiry reminders before gems are due to expire. We are not able to restore gems once they have expired.

Can I stack a gem coupon with another discount?

Only one coupon can be used per order. Gem coupons cannot be combined with 10% codes, gift vouchers, or other discount codes.

I redeemed a coupon but did not use it, where did my gems go?

The coupon is still valid, even if it was not used at checkout. Please log in, go to your Rewards panel, and use the same code at your next checkout. If you cannot find it, please email hello@naviorganics.uk and we will look it up.
