Our mushroom range covers the major tonic and culinary mushrooms in dual-extract or full-spectrum form, plus our signature blend Tonic Gold M. All mushrooms are tested for heavy metals, mould, microbiology and chemicals.
What is the difference between Duanwood Reishi extract and Zen in a Jar?
Our Duanwood Reishi is a 10:1 extract of the whole mushroom. Zen in a Jar is more concentrated and is made from the spores of Duanwood Reishi, where the triterpenoid compounds in Ganoderma spores are concentrated. Many people use Zen in a Jar when they are looking for something more focused and the standard Reishi extract for everyday use.
Has Zen in a Jar been discontinued?
No. It periodically goes out of stock between batches. Please use the "Notify me when available" form on the product page.
I cannot find the 250g Reishi anymore
The larger 250g Reishi jar was rarely purchased so we removed it. The smaller jar size is still available on the product page.
How much Lion's Mane should I take?
The recommended serving on the label is approximately 1 gram (around half a level teaspoon), taken in the morning or early afternoon. Please see our dosage article for general guidance.
What is in Tonic Gold M and what are the ratios?
Tonic Gold M is a herbal-coffee-style blend of eight mushrooms with He Shou Wu and Moringa. The exact ratios are part of our formulation and we do not share them publicly. The amount of each extract per serving is lower than if you took each individually, by design. We blend with a "less of more" philosophy, prioritising synergy and taste.
Are Certificates of Analysis available?
Yes. See our Certificates of Analysis article for our public CoA library, or email hello@naviorganics.uk for the latest CoA on a specific mushroom.
Why does this batch taste different?
Wild-harvested and small-batch mushrooms vary in colour, taste and aroma between batches. Please see our taste and quality article for more.
