All the mushroom and herb extract powders are 10:1 ratio extractions, calculated to work in synergy with the grass juice and pine pollen powders. So, for every 90g of grass juice and pine pollen powders, there is effectively 100g worth of source materials for the mushrooms and other herbs.

For example, an exact ratio has been calculated to ensure that the nettle root extract perfectly complements the pine pollen in the blend. You can find more information online as to how pine pollen and nettle root can work synergistically in their correct proportions.
