If you need to cancel an order or change the delivery address, please contact us as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day, so the window to make changes is short.

Cancelling an order before dispatch

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please email us straight away at hello@naviorganics.uk. Once we cancel the order, your refund will be processed and will show in your account within 10 business days.

Cancelling an order after dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You have two options:

  • Refuse the parcel on delivery, in which case it will be returned to us and we will refund you once it arrives.
  • Accept the parcel and return it unopened within 14 days for a refund. Please see our returns article for the full policy.

Changing your delivery address

If your address is wrong or you would like to change it, please email us at hello@naviorganics.uk straight away. We can usually update the address if your order has not yet been dispatched. Please note the order confirmation email will continue to show the original address (this cannot be changed), but the physical label on your parcel will have the corrected one.

I forgot to use my discount code

Discount codes need to be applied at checkout and cannot be added to an order afterwards. Your code will still be valid for your next order.

International orders that may not clear customs

If you have realised your country may not allow our products in, please email hello@naviorganics.uk with your order number. If the parcel has already shipped we cannot recall it, but we will refund you (less original shipping and any return costs) once the parcel comes back to us.
