Our return window
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unopened and unused.
What can be returned
- Sealed, unopened items in their original condition.
What cannot be returned
- Items that have been opened or used.
- Perishable items such as honey, ghee, miso and cacao, unless they arrived damaged.
- Items returned outside the 14-day window.
How to return an item
Please post the item back to us at the address on your delivery note. Include a note inside the parcel with your order number so we can identify it when it arrives.
Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error by us.
When you will receive your refund
Once we receive the item back, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear in your bank or card statement after we have processed it.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original (unopened, within 14 days) and place a new order for the item you would like instead. Once your return arrives with us, we will refund the original purchase.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrived damaged, or you received the wrong item, please email us at hello@naviorganics.uk with a photo so we can put it right.
Refund disputes or anything we have not covered
If you are unhappy with how something has been handled, please email hello@naviorganics.uk and a member of our team will look into it personally.
