We list every product we currently have on our website. If a product is sold out, the product page shows it as out of stock with a "notify me" option you can sign up to.
How do I know when something will be back in stock?
The best way is to use the "Notify me when available" form on the product page. As soon as the product is back in stock, our system will automatically email you. This works for every out-of-stock product on our website.
Why is this product showing as available, I thought it was sold out?
The website is the source of truth. If the product page shows it as in stock, you can order it now.
Do you know roughly when something will be back?
For some products we have a clear timeline (for example a known restock date). For others we genuinely do not know yet. If our website does not give a date, please email hello@naviorganics.uk with the product you are after and we will share what we know.
Seasonal and harvest-dependent products
Some products (for example jujube dates, certain wild herbs and bee bread) are harvested seasonally and only return at certain times of year. Please use the "Notify me" form on the product page so you do not miss it when the new season's stock arrives.
I cannot find a size or product I used to buy
From time to time we drop sizes or products that were not selling enough to keep stocked sustainably. Please email hello@naviorganics.uk with the product you are looking for and we will let you know if it is still available in another size, or if there is a similar alternative.
I cannot find Tongkat Ali
Tongkat Ali cannot be listed in our main shop catalogue, but we do sell it. It appears in your cart as "Requested Product". Please see our Tongkat Ali article for the dedicated link.
