Subscriptions let you receive your favourite Na'vi products on a regular schedule, with a small recurring discount applied automatically. You can change, pause, swap or cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
Manage your subscription
The easiest way to manage your subscription is to log in to your account here:

From your account portal you can:
- Change your next delivery date
- Pause or skip a delivery
- Swap the product
- Update your delivery address
- Cancel the subscription
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account portal at www.naviorganics.uk/account. If you would like us to cancel for you, please email hello@naviorganics.uk and we will confirm once it is done.
Pausing or skipping a delivery
You can move your next delivery date to a later date from your account portal, which is the simplest way to pause if you are away or just want to skip a month.
Discount codes and gift vouchers on subscriptions
Discount codes and gift vouchers can only be used on one-off purchases, not subscription orders. Subscribers already receive their own automatic recurring discount, which is applied to every subscription delivery.
I subscribed by accident
The subscription option on our checkout has to be manually ticked, but if it has been selected by accident, please email hello@naviorganics.uk straight away. We will cancel the subscription and make sure you are not charged again. If a recent order is unfulfilled we can stop it before it goes out.
I thought I had cancelled, but I have been charged again
Please email hello@naviorganics.uk with your order details and we will check the cancellation history and put it right.
