Where do I get a discount code?
Sign up to our newsletter using the form on our website (in the footer of any page) and a 10% discount code will be emailed to you. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.
I signed up but did not receive my code
Please check your spam or junk folder first, that is by far the most common reason. If it is genuinely missing, please email hello@naviorganics.uk from the same email you used to sign up and we will look it up for you.
How do I use a discount code?
Add your items to the basket, then enter the code in the discount code box at checkout. The discount applies straight away. Codes only work on one-off purchases.
My code says it is not valid
The most common reasons are:
- The code has expired (10% welcome codes expire after one month of non-use).
- The code is being used on a subscription order. Codes only apply to one-off purchases.
- The code has restrictions (some products are excluded).
- An order can only carry one discount or voucher at a time.
If you are not sure why, please email hello@naviorganics.uk with the code and we will check for you.
I forgot to apply my code at checkout
Discount codes need to be applied at checkout and cannot be added to an order afterwards. Your code remains valid for any future order until it expires.
How do I use a gift voucher?
When the voucher was purchased, the recipient should have received an email with the code and instructions. Treat it like a discount code, enter the code at checkout. If the recipient has not received the email, please ask the buyer to share the code, or email hello@naviorganics.uk with the buyer's name and we will look into it.
Can I use a discount code or gift voucher on a subscription?
Discount codes and gift vouchers only work on one-off purchases. Subscribers already receive their own automatic recurring discount on every delivery.
