When you redeem a reward, your gemstones are immediately exchanged for the reward. But, you do not need to use the reward immediately. If you choose not to use the reward, it will be saved in your panel under Your rewards.

To use a redeemed reward, log in to your account. Then click Your rewards and select the reward you want to use. For a regular order, you can then copy and paste the discount code at checkout, or click the Apply code button to apply it to the cart immediately. If you have redeemed a Subscribe & Save coupon, this will need to be applied to your next subscription order, which can be found under the Manage Subscriptions option when you log into your account.

If you want to use your gemstones for a subscription order, it is important to ensure you redeem the correct option, Subscribe & Save Coupon

After redeeming the Subscribe & Save Coupon, log in to your account, click Manage Subscriptions. You'll then have the option to apply the coupon to your next order.

It is important to note that a Subscribe & Save Coupon will only apply to a customer's next order and does not carry over if the full balance isn't used. For example, if a customer has a $50 coupon and applies it to a $25 subscription, the remaining $25 will be forfeited.
