Taking one of our blends is normally an easier and more economical way of taking multiple extracts instead of purchasing several individual extracts.

The amount of each extract in a single serving of one of our blends is less than the suggested serving size of the individual extract if you were taking it as a stand-alone supplement. Sometimes the body does not always need a lot of something to meet its needs, especially if you are not looking to address an acute or very long-standing chronic condition. In this case, having the blend may well be the best choice.

We formulated our Tonic Gold M blend to make it easy to have 8 of the most highly revered mushroom extracts in one drink. We also included Meshima and Maitake which are more unusual extracts to give the body maximum support. We were careful to balance the extracts so they tasted good, as some extracts are bitter!

If you are looking for more targeted support from one of the extracts in our blends, you may wish to take the desired extract in addition or as a stand-alone supplement. At Na'vi we do this when we feel in need of more support for a specific reason.

The exact amounts of each extract in our blends is a closely guarded secret. Cordyceps Militaris is the most prominent extract in our Tonic Gold M blend. Cordyceps is one of the more expensive tonic herbs and probably one of the nicest tasting. Lions Mane is also very high up on the ingredients list. For this blend, we focused on efficacy and taste and kept the spec very high.

In our Elixir Supreme, the main ingredient is pine pollen which is an incredibly important food for hormonal health and balance. To complement the Pine Pollen, alongside a blend of highly revered tonic herbs, we included both of our barley and kamut grass juice powders. These are both wonderful detoxifiers with very high vitamin and mineral profiles. The formula has received wonderful reviews and is often taken to boost energy levels and overall wellbeing. The Elixir is an extraordinary smoothie mix and is easy to enjoy often. It's a gateway product to the world of TCM and several of the most highly-rated tonic herbs.
