Once your order is dispatched, we send you a confirmation email with your tracking link and reference. Most UK orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 11am Monday to Friday.

How long should my order take?

UK orders typically arrive within 2 to 5 working days on standard tracked delivery. Express options arrive faster (these are shown at checkout). International orders can take up to 21 working days, depending on customs clearance and your local postal service.

I have not received tracking details yet

Tracking details are sent automatically when the parcel is dispatched. If your order was placed within the last working day, please give it a little longer and check your spam folder. If your order was placed more than two working days ago and there is still nothing, please email hello@naviorganics.uk with the email address you used to order and we will look into it.

The tracking has not updated for a few days

Couriers occasionally update their scans irregularly. As long as you are still within the normal delivery window for your service, please give it a little longer.

The tracking says delivered, but I have not received my parcel

Please check around your property (porch, back door, letter box, side gate), with your neighbours, and with anyone else at the address. Couriers usually photograph where they have left a parcel. If you still cannot find it, please email hello@naviorganics.uk and we will pull the courier's evidence (delivery photo and GPS coordinates if available) and help you from there.

My international parcel is stuck at customs

This is normal for international deliveries and usually clears in time. Please see our customs and Brexit article for what to expect, including how to handle DHL import VAT requests.

My UK parcel has not arrived after 14 working days

If a UK parcel has not arrived within 14 working days of dispatch, please email hello@naviorganics.uk with your order number and we will chase the courier on your behalf.

My international parcel has not arrived after 21 working days

If your international parcel has not arrived within 21 working days of dispatch, please email hello@naviorganics.uk with your order number and we will look into it.
