We accept card, PayPal and Klarna at checkout. You do not need an account to order, you can check out as a guest. If you are having trouble, the steps below resolve most issues.

I cannot check out with PayPal

This is most often a browser issue. Please try the following:

  • Clear your browser cookies and cache, then try again.
  • Use a different browser or device.
  • Use a different payment method (we accept card and Klarna as well).

If it still does not work, please email hello@naviorganics.uk and we will look into it.

My card was declined

A declined payment is usually handled by your bank rather than by us. We would suggest:

  • Checking with your bank in case they blocked the transaction as a security check.
  • Trying a different card or payment method.
  • Clearing your browser cookies and cache, or trying a different browser.

Payment was taken but I never received an order confirmation

Please first check your spam or junk folder. If the confirmation is not there, please email hello@naviorganics.uk with the email address you used at checkout. We will look the order up in our system and send you the details and tracking.

Free shipping did not apply

Free standard UK shipping applies on orders over £45 and free international DHL shipping applies on orders over £250 (up to 7kg). If you believe your order qualified but you were charged shipping, please email hello@naviorganics.uk with your order number and we will look into it. Please note a small number of products have shipping included in the price, so the basket may not show free shipping for those.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Our checkout accepts card, PayPal and Klarna. For larger or special orders we can sometimes arrange direct payment. Please email hello@naviorganics.uk with what you would like to order.

I cannot find Tongkat Ali at checkout

Tongkat Ali is sold under a dedicated link and appears in the cart as "Requested Product". Please see our Tongkat Ali article for the link and details.
