Yes, we ship internationally to most countries. International orders travel by tracked courier and you can see the available shipping options and live cost at checkout once you have entered your address.

How long does international delivery take?

Standard international delivery can take up to 21 working days, depending on customs clearance and your local post office. Express options, where available, are faster and shown at checkout.

Free international shipping

We offer free international DHL shipping on orders over £250, up to a 7kg weight limit.

Import duties, VAT and customs

Import duties, VAT or other local charges may be due when your parcel arrives. These are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility. The courier (often DHL) will contact you directly if any payment is needed before delivery. If you receive an email or text from DHL asking for an import VAT payment on a parcel from us, this is genuine and your order will not be released until it is paid.

Countries we currently cannot ship to

Because of local supplement regulations, we have had to turn off shipping to a small number of countries where parcels are routinely rejected at customs and returned to us. At present this includes Ireland and Spain.

If you live in one of these countries, you may be able to receive our products through a parcel forwarding service that has a UK address. We do not endorse any particular company, but customers have used services such as www.myukmailbox.com. Local restrictions may still apply.

Germany

German customs has refused some recent shipments. We can usually still send to Germany, but please be aware that delivery is not guaranteed and parcels may be returned by customs.

If your order has not arrived within 21 working days from dispatch, please email us at hello@naviorganics.uk and we will contact the courier to investigate.

Need a customs invoice?

Invoices are not physically included with orders. If you or a parcel forwarding service need an invoice for customs, please email us at hello@naviorganics.uk and we will send one over.
