Allergen information for each product is printed on the label and on the product page. If you have a serious allergy, please always check the label before using a product, and consult your practitioner if you are unsure.

Is this product gluten-free?

Products marked gluten-free on our website are tested to under 20ppm, which is the standard threshold used in the UK and EU for foods labelled gluten-free. If you would like to see the test data for a specific product, we can share its Certificate of Analysis. Please email hello@naviorganics.uk.

Is this product safe for me with my allergy?

We are not able to give personalised allergy advice. Our skill is in sourcing and testing for purity, not in advising on individual sensitivities. Please consult a qualified holistic practitioner or your doctor who can review the ingredient list and Certificate of Analysis in light of your specific allergy and health picture.

I had a reaction to one of your products

We take this very seriously. Please email hello@naviorganics.uk with your order number, the product name, and the batch code on the jar or pouch. We will check the batch with our producer and come back to you. There can be seasonal variations in the strength of wild-harvested herbs, and starting with a smaller serving than usual is always a sensible approach when introducing a new batch.

Are your products vegan or vegetarian?

Most of our products are plant-based and suitable for vegans. A few items (for example honey, ghee, bee bread, pearl powder, antler velvet) are animal-derived. Each product page makes this clear.
